well/... actually i dont really like the monotone colors

Very cyberpunk! Like it.

The focus effect is stiking, and by giving the eye a slightly easier time, renders the detailed section well, preventing it from becoming too busy. The area that in my view could do with a little tightening up is the cyan colour washing - it seems almost blocky in places, particularly just right of centre, below the figure. It somehow lacks the subtlety of the rest of the shading.
